When Julie chose her wedding dress in 1967, she would not have even dreamt that the same dress would grace her daughter's wedding day 40 years later – with a few alterations, naturally.

Anneliese Annan (nee Bright) and her mother Julie share one of those special bonds, a family bond that began before Anneliese was born, when Julie Newberry married Denis Bright on a magical autumn day. - Knowing that I would be marrying a month before mum and dad's 40th wedding anniversary gave me so much inspiration that marriages can and do last, even through the hard times,” Anneliese says. - Mum is my best friend, she has been there for me with support and great advice through the terrible teenage years and when Russell and I had our son, Braith, in 2005.”
